A Space to Learn, Listen, and Grow — Together.
At A Voice To Be Heard (AV2BHL), we uphold the belief that meaningful change begins with curiosity, compassion, and dialogue.
Our Youth Outreach program invites young individuals who are passionate about mental well-being, social connection, and authentic human narratives to embark on a journey with us — at their own pace and in their own manner.
No labels.
No pressure.
Only honest spaces and intentional learning.

People and culture
Walk with Me Against Stigma
This campaign invites youths to stand alongside others in breaking the silence around mental health, addiction, and lived struggles. It’s not about labels or judgement—it’s about walking together, listening deeply, and changing mindsets through shared humanity.
Mindfulness Walks
Our mindfulness walks offer youths a pause from the noise of daily life.
Through gentle reflection, nature, and guided conversations, participants reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and develop emotional awareness—without pressure or clinical labels.
The Human Story Book (THSB) – World Café Workshops
Our world café workshops create safe, inclusive spaces where real stories are shared and explored through small-group dialogue. Youths learn to listen with empathy, recognise patterns, and engage in meaningful conversations that build understanding and leadership through lived experience.
Why Youths Join Us
To be part of a purpose-led community
To contribute meaningfully through storytelling and dialogue
To gain exposure to social impact, facilitation, and advocacy
To grow as empathetic leaders and changemakers
Whether you’re curious, passionate about mental health, or simply looking for a space to belong—you’re welcome here.
At A Voice To Be Heard Limited (AV2BHL)our culture is built on one simple belief:
